Joe Biden, Senior Senator from Delaware, and now Vice President-elect under Barack Obama spoke at Marconi Plaza in South Philadelphia Monday night for his final campaign stop. Biden was introduced by Philadelphia Phillies shortstop Jimmy Rollins and his wife Jill Biden.
